Design for Manufacturability review and discussion, optimise a part, product, or component’s design, to create it cheaper and more easily during design stage;
Raw Material purchase, check by Metallographic microscope to make sure the material correct and meet standard.
Programming, engineer need consider the workmanship based on different material and machine
Operators machine the parts by following program sheet, choose difference tools and cutters, make sure the precision range and do necessary self-check.
Inspection by quality, do first part check, in-line checking and final checking before shipment
Do coating (optional), per client's requirements
Safety packing, use difference packing material - like: blister+carton, foam+wooden case.. to make sure all precision move to client's hand safely.
