Tooling Description:
To short lead time and down the costs, we simplify the mould, set up modularization for each process, only need change cavity design and do milling job.
- Tooling base: 2nd used tooling base, with hundreds of standard tooling bases in stock to meet different size.
- Cavity: P18 or P20 steel to use, instead of SKD61 for standard tooling
- Texture: realize when milling, to reduce polishing and beads blasting costs
- Lead time: 7-15days
- Inserts & Sliders: only mill the inserts to realize your design, then fit into modularization mould instead of a new cavity.
- Cooling system: cold runners will be used, not including hot runners.
- Standard Tolerances: meet DIN-27681-fine standard
- tooling life time: more than 10,000 shots
