Stainless steel synchronous pulley is designed to meet customers' non-standard customization needs. It can be customized according to their needs, including drawings and samples, or according to their material requirements. The maximum concentricity of the product can be within 2 wires. When designing stainless steel synchronous pulley, its structure should be easy to manufacture, its quality distribution should be uniform, its weight should be light, and excessive internal stress caused by casting should be avoided.
When V>5ms, static balance is carried out, and when V>25m/s, dynamic leveling is carried out. Gray iron, 45, aluminum alloy, copper, or engineering plastic are commonly used in synchronous pulley materials. Grey iron is widely used, with HT200 at VS3ms and V2 25 45m/s. It is advisable to choose to create pig iron cast steel parts, or use thick steel plate stamping molds and electric welding to weld synchronous pulleys. The low output power transmission system can be made of aluminum casting and plastic.
